New Toy!

dearie came over the weekend to repair the drawer on my study table. i'm amazed. what might seem "cannot be saved" to me always gets saved in his hands. even daddy said it cannot be repaired. but he did it. he repairs my handbag, table, fixes my hi-fi, makes my pentium 3 desktop running on broadband once again. he seems to bring everything back to life. haa. my mister miracle repair-handyman. thanks baby. you're good.

but my oh-so reliable 40GB hard disk crashed on me. yes, my world died. along with my whole load of music and pictures of JAG*s, dear, ah fat, school, and all the memories captured over time. plus all my schoolwork in SIM. ALL GONE. it juz suddenly died on me when the lappy was functioning well a split second ago. imagine the pain i went thru when the recovery disk wun even work. it was pronounced dead the following morning by the PC clinic. sighz. and that's why i haven't been online or updating.

and too bad, the mister miracle is not around this time. so no miracles happened.

now i wonder if its a sign to have a new start for 2008?

so aniwae, the crash has made me made up my mind within less than 5 mins to get an external hard disk drive. and i know exactly which i wanted. even the colour. the one i saw online months back. but kept holding back coz i thot its juz "a mere waste of money".

and so, now my stuff are all stored here.... all safe in this tiny 160GB.

that aside, i spent my sunday with my darlings coz they flew back from paris. made me super occupied for the whole day.

louis's hair grew so long! like some rocker but beatles lookalike! but then again, he looked like a girl. and those pretty big eyes and lashes. simply mind blowing!

he juz woke up. the active waves have not reacted.

he's only 2. and smaller than 1/3 of me. afraid of pink. loves green. has 2 girlfriends in paris.

Final Lap

school's reopening faster than i thot. maybe becoz i went to the states. that explains why the holidays came and is going to end in a flash.

was writing my timetable into my organizer when i realized that i have exactly only 10 days more to enjoy before everything falls back to square one again.

timetable is not sucky is time. its rather great in fact. long weekends all the way. basically i only study like 3 days a week, which makes me happy. but i reckon that alot of hard work would be needed for my final lap. scared indeed. but i will be once again on the racing ground.

on a lighter note, there's isetan private sale todae. yeps, only for todae. at isetan scotts. its really good sale. adidas originals, agnes b, blah blah. its mummy's membership actually. but she's working, so i thot i can make it for her. but, i can't find a good shopping partner. tried calling grace since she's off this week, but as usual, she's not picking up the phone. dear's at school slogging out his FYP, but he's so sweet to offer to accompany me to the sale when i know he simply has negative thots abt shopping. and that's one of the reasons why i love him. he does it for me.

and the bottomline is, i still can't find a shopping partner, since ali is working and i dunno who else i wanna bring. shopping partners are important you see.

and on the other hand, home seems quite a good place to laze. plus the fact that you dun need to spend money, tappy tappy your ezlink, or even see the untouchables (meaning things which are too expensive that is out of your reach, that you can't sleep at night, making you a panda in the morning. and, it happened before.)

i'm such a woman rite? i want the best of both worlds.

on the other hand, jie came back from japan yesterday. loads of foodie. super huge collons. standing on the floor. plus vintage bags. but i'm lazy to take pics.

other than isetan, topshop and G2000 has been sending smses too. and when i delete them and decide to stay home, i find in my email inbox: 50% la~ additional 15% for members~ arrgghh, they juz won't let me off. but i'm good. i haven't even stepped into their shops.

i'm a confused shopper now. to go, or not to go?

mummy's. haahaa! gotcha did i? its not my wedding ring la!!!! how could the bells be ringing at such a time now when we're enjoying our swinging single but unavailable status? haaa... i was juz merely sitting around and waiting for my turn to use the toilet one morning, and i juz decided to put it on since mummy left it at her table. fits so perfectly. so pretty can. mummy's diamond is so big. i can't help staring at the stud. its like, oh my goodness me~~ haaa...

updates now... had been spending oh-so much time with dearie. even ran 2.4km with him on saturday. haa. got my muscles killing. but it was good sweating. 6 rounds of the stadium. and i can't even remember my last time there. haa.

and managed to close a deal yesterday and sold one of my bags. like finally lor! wah lau.

christmas is nothing special since i don't celebrate it. day was left for dear. but since we meet so often, we decided to give it a rest. i ended up spending time with mummy instead. went swimming with her in the morning (with my muscles still aching :P). brought her to m)phosis, she got addicted, bought a bag and clothes, and of coz, not forgetting to get bags and clothes for her daughter too. haaa. i lurve my hippie mama.

Bestie's 24th

i know you like it red, hence the big blast! have a happie 24th! huggies!

weather's good todae, the constant rain has been ruining swimming plans again and again. wah lau la~ can't swim todae coz its the time of the month (-_-)" but i did have my swim last week. grew a little darker with swim tan lines again. being in the pool really makes me happie.

i haven't been blogging, rather, i kept some entries private.

yesterday has been a whirlwind, with my time of the month triggering my migraine and my doc said the migraine pains would happen when i'm having my period. so its rather annoying. i stayed in bed till 1pm, my longest record ever. but i still felt like sleeping. plus, cramps did not help very much. its so bothersome being a woman, really.

daddy was hospitalized yesterday and i din get to go. i only visited him at nite when i was feeling much better. reasons i shall not bother to mention.

darling: you coming back todae? done with piang piang, exercises and dealing with ur men? i need unlimited hugs! and btw, can i have a theodore chipmunk? :P

heehee... nice? only grace knows about it! hee... dear heard about it but haven't seen it. it was a new try. i didn't like it at first, but grew to love it as the minute ticks. hee... lurve the new colour and new fringe. but i think dear will not like the fringe. but nvm. hee...

done by dear's hairstylist by the way... she said it was to give me a fresh new look.

she soft permed by hair or wadeva they called it... temporarily for a day. juz to let me see the effect. but to let it stay permanent, it costs like $300 odd dollars. i dun like it aniwae. still prefer my hair straight after wash.

People Who Love Me

my birthday never goes missed by them. they never fail to get me a present. not that presents mattered so much to me. i never bothered about them. that's why i never asked anyone for anything. not even dear. moreover, my birthday is way past a month oredi. but still they bothered.

i was so touched and happie becoz it all came as a surprise! both of them were late coz they went to buy my pressie. i smiled till i looked like lilo :D

they knew i wanted to change my wallet so badly after 3 years. like they can really read my mind even though we dun meet often lor. and so they got me a new guess wallet. and they actually got the exact matching same ones as mine so that we'd 3 have same wallets. and ali treated us to crystal jade high tea. how nice can an afternoon get with ur besties?

aniwae, i got her her birthday gift, all the way from vegas. hee. yeps. lovely wrapper. we're all smiles :) and 24, except grace. haa...

the bottomline ain't money or how expensive the pressie was. its the jaggy bond. you won't understand. they are my super super superly most understanding friends.
