saturday was somewhat fulfilling. my day started at 8am, waking up to get back to office to clear some work cos the e-leave software was down. its really tough to get yourself to go back to office on a saturday.

went off at about 12 noon to meet dear. we catched bedtime stories. heee. made me laugh so much. i love bugsy. such cute guinea pig where to find? he had such huge eyes, but so damn cute la.

then came evening where we shopped for zuomin's bundle of joy! hee. baby hayden. and thereafter, went to meet my family for dinner at royal china at raffles hotel. the restaurant damn chio. and jie told me they serve good dim sum in the afternoon. i saw the menu. looks good.

we headed to marine barrage thereafter. my first time there. but i think the view is magnificient.

and now, i'm still feeling tired. sunday's over. gotta slog for another week before 2009 comes. and then what happens thereafter?

Merry Christmas!

this year was a different christmas for me. and for most ppl, they've got half day off. but i worked till 6.30pm before going off for my holiday.

dear got off from work early and came to orchard to meet me despite the vast human traffic. we went for spagaddies, shopped a little, and i stayed over at his place.

aniwae, since its christmas, gifts from bosses...

was shocked when i saw bvlgari. aniwae, that's from my director. he bot it all the way from norway. and the sanrio was from my manager.

and inside the sanrio bag, its this! sanrio cushion in my favourite melody!

i've got super nice bosses. hee. and i've got bags of chocolate which i din take pics of. but they are BIG bags! with a christmas bear in it.

hee...

and sidetrack a bit. dear bot me this at ikea, which is sitting at my office desk. we both have one! its growing, and i'm proud of it!

tomorrow is a working day again.

i've been spending 95% on work, and 5% on sleeping. even when i meet dear, we run errands for my job.

its hardly i get to sleep 7 hours. but today, dear and i slept till 12 noon.

Chapter 8

8 years and a month later...

i got my first LV!

its a day old.

happy.

glad its friday today. i brought work home. but i'm procrastinating. i'm just lazing by my lappy. thinking about tubby. wondering wad the future holds. so many things to think about. everyday i work with an increasing workload, i tell myself that i'd leave as soon as i've got "the experience needed". though it wasn't easy getting bosses recognition and trust on your capability, but its not the nicest place to work either.

its a whole load of mixed feelings.

i can't say i'm unhappy over there. but i'm not exactly really happy as well.

its gonna be full 6 months by january. and then another 6 more months to a year.

argh. i can't wait. for time to pass. QUICK.

a part of me still miss schooling. the days where we start at 9.30am and end at 12noon is just pure bliss. or when you dun feel like going to school, you can always sleep in and forget about even reporting to lectures.

now i work full 11-12 hours.

Farewell

goodbye tubby.

he left me without even a hint. just when i thot he was gonna come out and greet me. i was dismayed when i saw him lying motionless in his favourite green space shuttle.

"you were my favourite pet. shy, tender, friendly, and never bitten me before. i loved your black and brown fur. special, just like you."

and today, i'm down with gastric flu. on MC. work has got me down. vomitted my dinner.

glad that tmr is friday.

i need rest and TLC.
