Uh-Oh

i got my CLEO! wah! super love the cover this month. was browsing thru it. and i know i'm gonna read it 3, 4 times. had some bad feeling something was gonna happen.

and bamm! i hit it!

saw creative's ad on the more improved creative stone.

and apparently they heard me. coz i was complaining that it didn't have a LCD screen. and so, now they came up with the creative zen stone plus.

uh-oh...really uh-oh. dear's gonna slaughter me and hang me upside down coz he juz bought baby for me not long ago.

gadget whore... oops.

besides the LCD, wad caught my attention was the price! only $99 for 2GB! (and i thot samsung was cheap. samsung's selling its coloured sticks @ $128 for 2GB) both mp3s comes with a radio. which means i can cruise with 95! (i'm currently 95-less except when i'm at home coz my current baby doesn't have a radio function. but i still lurve u baby!)

ok, we shall oogle at the stones for now. there's lime green, but i can't get the pic. they look so good together. i seem to have a liking for pink. but this pink like not so nice leh. red seems nice. black and white are the usual basics.

and oh, why am i thinking of the colours? uh-oh.

woke up this morning and the first thing i did was to take a peep at my little furries. i guess they had a tiring night ;P

they were cuddling and sleeping lovingly together! that explains the bad pic. i didn't wanna open the cage and wake them up.

New Colour

pink is usually not my colour. but i love it when its with grey. had this crazy urge to change the colour out of the blue, and so i did. haa...

aniwae, my hammies are back together! after so long! they are finally back in the same cage! and no, they didn't fight. after so much work. so much pairing them together. letting them get used to each other's smell and everything. to think that the first time i placed them together, they fought until there was a bloody mess. today nothing happened, and dear was around to help me :) and i think they did "it". oops. aniwae, i'm so happie that my tubby and pixie are reunited. gonna take pics and post it up someday.

met dear todae after my morning lecture for lunchie. we decided to do wad we always wanted to do most but never really got down doing it. look for the famous botak jones. there's one at clementi. but i've yet to try it (dear oredi tried it with his ex-colleagues previously). so i'm the only sua-koo one.

and so he brought me there :)

its located at the kopitiam food court. but dun be deceived by its coffee shop type of location. the food's so good, you can smell it even when you're walking towards the kopitiam. they serve you, call you by your name, give you the approximate waiting time and have chilli and ketchup sauces, along with malt vinegar and mustard on every table.

so anyways, we had this...

their famous chicken cajun

the fries are special! its called spicy fries on its own. you can bag it at either $3.00 or $4.00. and the chicken cajun serving is huge! i can't even finish the fries! most people can't! and it goes wasted. comes along with a generous amount of salad and lettuce. the chicken was nice. and then white creamy thingy on top of the chicken is those mozarella-like cheese. nice. but be prepared to wait up to 30 mins for your food coz its super famous!

they also serve burgers, fish, hot dogs, beef, lamb and others i guess. oh and salads too. i think its quite good. saw a number of ppl eating.

ya la. super nice. but in the end, super full and? super sinful lor.

Dough Reign

i think there's a recent craze of donuts in singapore. might be due to the lack of donut outlets ever since dunkin' donuts vanished from our childhoods. guess the market is opening up and neighbourhood joints are also wanting a slice of the market share. but its juz novelty. and it will wear off soon. or rather be dead in no time. juz like how the luo hans and bubble tea shops cease to exist now.

first it was donut factory (although i've never tried it due to the long queues) then came missy donut at bukit panjang plaza and i heard many other similar ones too. now there's one at clementi central too. i know nuts about donuts coz they all taste the same to me. the softness and flufiness makes no difference. its juz donuts aniwae. the ones at four leaves taste juz as good to me. though a little hard at times.

all these donutties are juz simply not as good as krispy kreme (though i've never tried it before. but i know its damn goodie!). but this is singapore we're talking about.

but still, i bought these cliche donuts.... i wouldn't if not for the sake of luo luo (yes, she love donuts and i love her). so i got 6 home.

apparently its called yummy. the name like never even use effort to think lor. but the layout of the shop was clean and well presented. and the best thing is, there was no queue!

they only come in boxes like this if you buy a minimum of 6. if not, its juz a plastic box.

i bot these. erm.. the flavours. i try to remember la. i can't remember the exact name.

i tugged the box to sleep in the mrt. all the way from clementi to tampines! it didn't drop! it made it home intact! applaud please! :)

and after the trauma that my hammies went through after wad my nephew did to them, i guess they sort of got used to each other. so i took out their cardboard divider. now their metal divider still stands in between, but they are able to rub noses, kiss, talk, communicate and shake hands?

and oh, i chatted with jie all the way in aussie over on msn juz now in the evening. told her about my longchamp (lurve my champpy!) juz in case she buys the same colour and design. and she told me she's going over to sydney nxt week, and she heard that there's a longchamp sale over there.

i'm so envious!

New Slide

i seriously dunno wad happened to my old slide. it juz died on me suddenly. and no matter wad i do, i juz can't save it. the pics are still there but the slide show juz wouldn't appear. i thot it was the server, but it appears that other ppl's slide are working perfectly fine. and so i did a new one. i think its prettier this time. with colours! adds more life to my black blog. plus, it flows a different way. i'm happie with it! and i changed some of the pics. added some new ones too. provided u have the time to sit there and look at all of them. haa.

oh, and i added a new song. very nice new song from natasha. sorry for the lack of new songs lately. been pretty busy with schoolwork. but really, the lyrics are really nice.

eh, no la... the title is not a 4d number... i dun gamble... it juz happens to be my yeye's age and singapore's age. celebrated both on 09 aug.

to start off with, FOODIE! catered from rasel fusion. its halal. coz my auntie's husband is muslim. so i had to look for a halal caterer. it was recommended by forums. but it was ok only. wanted to cater CJS but it was too large scale for a house party.

the little boy on the left is my nephew. he's primary 1, he readily helped himself to my hamsters by opening the cage himself. and he superly tramatized my tubby and pixie. he placed them together (luckily they didn't fight and nothing happened) and he made my tubby fall a chair's height. my heart tore! tell me about boys.

aniwae, glad to be finally back home! super early todae. back in 30 mins! thanks to daddy who drove me home todae.

life has been pretty much busy, or rather lazy. whichever comes to my mind first, depending on my mood and piority lar. its been all revolving around school. mirgaine has been visiting me quite often resulting in mummy becoming more and more kan cheong about my progress (as i'm on long term medication). but i guess its due to the late nights that i keep and early mornings that i have to abide to.
