Funfair

as promised, dear brought me to the funfair at woodlands. we went there in the early evening to get tokens for the rides and games. these pics were taken when it was still bright in the early evening.

we bought the tokens and went off for our dinner. came back when it was darker in the evening when it was more lively. the bumper cars had lights now. we had a ride in it too!

we tried some of the games but failed to win the prizes. dear tried to get a bear bear for me, but didn't manage to get it.

dear said he'd bring me to watch blades of glory next sunday! yippies! and he said after the movies, we'd go catch the bears again. yippies yippies!

dear: thank you for making time for me, despite being so busy. i know you rarely have time for me coz besides having to work, you have to rush for your report lately. and i know you didn't have a good nite's sleep the night before since you were out with your buddies. but still, you chose to make good your word.

Belated Mother's Day

came back from dinner with dear and my parents to celebrate mummy's belated mother's day celebration at phoenix hotel. had their buffet dinner. it was not bad i would say. some to name are laksa, chicken rice and chilli crab. nice~

i've got pics. loaded some into slide at the sidebar and a few on friendster. lazy to load the rest. might upload when i'm pretty free during the week.

was feeling quite despondent, and i typed a whole chunk of my heartfelt feelings. but after much thinking and considering the consequences. i guess i shan't take the risk. i realised that i shouldn't reveal my inner feelings anymore. shutting up is a safer way. though it isn't always the best way out.

i understand but i'm not sensible.
i know but i'm not reasonable.
becoz i'm juz not rational.

Runabouts

i'm so freaking tired right now coz i had a real long day todae. you'll see why later. but i'm juz itching to blog rite now.

chatted with belle over msn all the way from aussie in the morning. it was real good chat. and i guess i really miss hanging out with her. and she's not gonna be back till november. and she said i resembled charlotte from sex and the city. haa. all becoz of the hammie talk. its a long story~ aniwae, take care gurl. huggies~

and thereafter, i became ms runabouts.

off to bugis i went to meet baby's adoptor. a very sweet gal and her hubby. who msged me even after we parted, telling me how cute baby was. and asked me wad preference of food baby has. and from those msgs, i know baby is in good hands. she even wanted to keep in touch and keep me updated on baby. i felt relieved. but part of me was torn apart too. coz i was with baby for 5 months ever since she was a tiny baby. but i had no choice coz 3 is too much to keep.

and now that baby is gone. pixie's got a bigger home coz i took the divider out. apparently she's looking happier but confused as well. haahaa.

then, accompanied daddy and mummy to the maid agency. this maid is horrigible. dun ask why. you'd puke when i tell u. not that i'm pampered. i've been having maids since k2. this is the worst. i'm not some spoilt brat. new one coming in at the end of the month. relief*

and... I EARNED $80 BUCKS TODAE!!!

heh heh... sold my num bag within 2 days of posting it up on yahoo auctions. must say its quite hot selling. the seller was like so super kan cheong she wanted to deal todae. so i got no choice but to squeeze her into my schedule which wasn't meant to be. but aniwae, it was money well earned. juz like a day's job. gives me motivation to post more bags for sale. muz dig from the cupboards somemore. keep the bucks rolling!!!

Indulgence

woke up very early todae! done wif dear's report. so todae's officially mine. wanted to do some stuff myself todae. and so i popped out of bed at 8.45am. haahaa...

my indulgence todae:

- cut my fringe for $5 bucks

- bought a pair of shorts

- bought a top

- bought my june CLEO mag finally *yippies!

speaking of CLEO, is $4.40 worth of entertainment. every girl's best friend. it has been my fav mag ever since... i dunno when... and jade seah is on the cover this month! i like her! she's got this beautiful and intelligent yet sophiscated look which i kind of can't describe. i guess guys would love this type of women. who's got both beauty and brains. who wouldn't? and she's currently linked to elvin ng. HOT! though she claims there's nutting between them. hee...

i'm halfway thru my CLEO oredi. and they had this article on vacation snaps which i found interesting. its about how happie couples go on vacations together only to find that they are incompatible during the trip and break up as a result. sad but true. breakups in juz a matter of days. things like not being caring enuff, one being a neat freak and the other being the exact opposite, even something as sweet as a surprise proposal would result in a breakup. sighz~ maintaining it was harder than you thot it was huh? i never thot things like this existed.

hmm... and when i was in the train... i was thinking, why do ppl always use the quote...

aniwae, happie with my hair. not much difference though. but who cares? so long as i'm happie! its my hair... will be dyeing my hair soon enuff... i hope~

finally placed a bag up for sale. juz one. haa. i was lazy yesterday. but not totally. coz i was busy packing my clothes to give away to the salvation army. and i did pack my poly notes to throw. so i wasn't totally slacking.

added a feature of slide up on the sidebar. had no intention to place it at first coz its a little cliche. but then again~ i was bored yesterday. so i decided to make one. haa...

i didn't mention that baby didn't get adopted the other time coz the adoptor couldn't commit. so she's still with me until now. but she's leaving me tomorrow. coz i found a better home for her. she's still sleeping soundly on the wheel right now~

yay! blogger is recovered! so happie! hee... finally, i get to post with a bigger window! and more COLOURS!

been helping dear with his report again. not that i'm complaining. since i got nothing to do.

and i've decided that its time to throw away the poly notes. i'll juz keep the texts. maybe later... it'll bring back those memories~

juz helped my family to sign up for the GST offset package. never never go to the webbie at 10pm. the traffic is so heavy that you can't even get in. so i've got extra bucks! its good to be 21!

RAR!!!! he's so EVIL! knowing i can't keep dogs in my house, he still asked me if i'd like to buy one at a very good price. jack russell terriers (JRT)! aren't they so lovingly cute? i like the bottom right one. the one with the dot on his head. and yes! he's male. i prefer males.

so aniwae, his friend is selling them. 4 more to go. and the price is very very cheap. but of course, dog lovers only. and mind you, they are pure breeds.

i'd get one immediately if daddy agrees. *sighz...

mummy apparently is hooked onto deal or no deal with me. she's even more jialat than me lor. she made me help her with the home viewer's contest, to guess which case has the $1000 bucks? and help her sms. then she made me use my phone and sms another case number too. haahaa.. mummy mummy~

Popcorns & Nachos

haven't been to the movies ever since wild hogs with dear. i guess we're both taking turns to be busy. it has always been the case since 6 years ago? haa. i guess thats how life is. its either you or me.

well... so, understanding is all it takes...

so aniwae, i haven't caught spidey 3... is it good? many said no, but i think i'd still catch it with dear. coz we caught 1 and 2 oredi. i guess many ppl catch the movie with this thought in their mind wadsoeva? is that why they managed to make it to the box office?





and other than spidey 3, i wanna catch this! i'm so much more interested in this!

and the movie stubs that we keep for memory sake is piling up. we bought our second album and was supposed to do it up together. but here's the big problem. dear keeps the stubs. and the second album is with me. so we'll never get to do it up. but i managed to find pics of our first album. and realised the the girl has no hair : ( haahaa...

Forever Grasshopper In Concert 草蜢07演唱会

they're back! and i sooo soooo wanna watch their concert. i think its gonna be so good lor. but tickets are so ex. at least to me. prices going at S$148, S$128, S$98, S$78. though i know its gonna be worth it. but i can't spend that kind of money when i'm not even working... hmmm... and so, i'll juz have to settle for listening to their tracks on my imeem chinese playlist.

concert aside, juz finished watching mars versus venus. they said something like...

"all good men have an expiry date"

is that true? if it is. then its saddening.

and by the way, deal or no deal is a fairly good game show. i enjoy watching it! so heart thumping!

Juz Bestie & Me

i finally got to meet up with ali after the longest time... for those who still dunno who's ali, she's alicia... in short, A-L-I...

shame on you for not reading my blog...

and you should know ali, coz she's one of the most important persons in my life. we've known each other since we were 13. remebering her silly paintbrush hair she once had never fails to tickle me. she's been thru almost 10 freaking years of my life wif me. from the puberty stuff we talk about, to the stoopid boys, and now, we're talking about jobs, the future... and well... some other stuffs~

too bad grace couldn't make it coz she chose bangkok over us : ( *sobz

aniwae, ali got me these pretty roses (which can be eaten)... in mangosteen and durian flavour on her recent trip to bangkok. plus a tee, which is in the washer now~

as usual, we pigged out... again~ at fish & co @ wheelock place. wonderfully delicious fish... but too big... or rather, huge for me...

we combed orchard after lunch... topshop, pull and bear, forever 21, esprit seems that nutthing much amused us. so we decided to head to marina in the evening. and by that time, we oredi visited like 3 or 4 zaras? and 2 or 3 topshops? juz that they are all located differently. its a wonder how girls can shop on and on coz me and ali literally went on without dinner, or rest...

we event went to citigems to visit zuomin, crocs to visit joycelyn, then saw christine and her hubby outside times bookstore where ali was flipping FHM (yes, ali with FHM) and began chatting about our classmates, and realized that many of our peeps are oredi mums! or are soon-to-be brides! woo hoo~

by the time that we felt it was time to sit down, it was nearly 10pm? and so, the photo-whoring adrenaline starts flowing again~
